Year 6 Wellbeing Workshops 13.05.22
This week, Year 6 completed their KS2 SATS. Although they had to sit six different assessments, throughout the last few days they have demonstrated such a positive "can do" attitude and have been incredibly resilient; we are so proud of them. To help sustaining a positive attitude and mind-set Year 6 participated in several well-being workshops, including Yoga and a stress-relieving session with Ark Petting Zoo during the afternoons. We celebrated the end of SATS week with a trip to Pizza Express, where we able to show off our food technology skills by making (and eating) our own pizzas. On Friday afternoon we finished the week with our whole school sponsored Fun Run to open our new running track. Year 6 did a great job of encouraging their Houses and helped organise the running of the event - they even ran several laps of the track themselves! Well done, Year 6!
