Science Week!
We are true scientists after this wonderful week. Year 3 started off with helping prepare the meadow. Thank you to Mrs Sinclair, Mr Muller and Mr O'Keefe from year 3 who worked extremely hard to make so much progress on this project.
We then moved on to an interactive and engaging workshop run by Professor Bubbleworks!
We learned about how plants grow and the importance of nutrients. We have set up experiments to grow beetroot in a variety of soils.
We experimented by mixing citrus fruits with bicarbonate of soda to make fruit Volcanoes.
We also tried to grow a rainbow using the capillary method.
It has been a busy, fun-packed week for the children.
